DOMINION SYMPATHY (Por Proas ARsocintion.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following message has been sent by the Governor-General, Viscount Galway, to the King on behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand: “I respectfully wish to lender to Your Majesty respectful and sincere sympathy on the passing of Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Argyll, the news of which has been, received by His Majesty’s subjects in this Dominion with the deepest regret.”
