FIVE PERSONS HURT
FOUR MEN AND WOMAN TWO CARS COLLIDE (Per Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, this day. Four men and a woman were injured when two cars collided on the Nightcaps-Wairio road. Two men suffered spinal injuries and their condition is reported as critical. The injured are:— James Hogan, aged 27 years, spinal injuries, dangerously ill. Bernard Hogan, aged 25 years, chest injuries, condition satisfactory. James Kelly, aged 25 years, spinal injuries, seriously ill. Richard Robertson, aged 25 years, facial injuries, condition satisfactory. Hilda Ford, aged 24 years, nose injury, condition satisfactory. Both cars were extensively damaged, one beyond repair.
