MR. FRASER’S TOUR FINAL OFFICIAL TALKS (Reed. Dec. 2,2 0.m.) LONDON, Dec. 1. The King gave an audience to the New Zealand Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, at the Palace, wishing him a safe return. Mr. Fraser returned from a 10 days' tour of Scotland, mostly private. He expects to conclude his official talks next week. The date of his departure is not being announced because of official secrecy on all forms of travel. ■His final discussion will embrace the trans-Tasman air service and the disposition of New Zealand’s army and air force.

The New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan accompanied Mr. Fraser to Glasgow, where they were guests at a dinner of the City Corporation ancTa luncheon by the (Clyde Trust, after which they toured the shipyards.
