FORCED DOWN AT SEA
FOUR GERMAN PLANES (Reed. Dec. 2, Noon.) LONDON, Dec. 1. It is reported from Berlin that a communique states that German reconnaissance planes met extremely bad weather in the North Sea. Four made an emergency landing, the crews being saved.
