TRIAL IN ABSENCE
ACTION AGAINST BENES (Reed. Deo. 2, Noon.) LONDON, Dec. 1. The German radio announced that the former President of Czechoslovakia Dr. Benes, will be tried in his absence before the Prague court on a charge of fraudiuent enrichment and appropriation with foreign Jewish capitalists.
