REBEKAH LODGE

SOCIAL EVENING A meeting of the Gisborne Reibekah Lodge, 1.0.0. F., was held recently, the noble grand, Sister E. English, presiding over a fair attendance. A vote of sympathy was passed with Sister and Brother Tarr in the death of their mother, members standing in solence. It was decided to hold a reading at sight competition next lodge night. At the close of the 'business visitors were admitted and a social and dance was much enjoyed. Items were given 'by Master Webb Edwards, harmonica solos, and Miss Goldsmith, songs. Supper was served informally by the social committee. Sister English was (he M.C., and Sister Ledger presided at the piano.
