REFUGEE CHILDREN
TORONTO. Oct. 19. Mrs. R. .1. Marshall, chairman of the Toronto division of the Voluntary Registration of Canadian Women, said to-day that a large proportion of the women registered here had expressed willingness to take care of refugee children without charge. More than 17,000 Toronto women have registered to date.
