The Napier Harbour Board is shortly to embark on another important step in the development of the Napier breakwater harbour —the construction of modern, up-to-date offices. The site chosen for the new building is near the junction of Breakwater road and the breakwater harbour works, and has been selected with a view to its proximity to the full activities of the port at the breakwater.
