FLARES FROM PLANE
NEW JERSEY MYSTERY FLIGHT OVER ’DROME (Reed. Nov. 27, 3 p.m.) LAKEHURST (New Jersey), Nov. 28. A mystery plane flew over the naval aerodrome last night, dropping a dozen flares, three of which caused a minor forest fire near the reservation. The craft vanished when attendants illuminated the field which houses a dozen “Blimps" and the decommissioned dirigible, Los Angeles.
