DEVELOPMENT PLAN LIBERALS TO SPEAK (British Official Wirulass.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY. Nov. 29. The Liberal Opposition has tabled in the House of Commons an amendment to tiie Address-in-Reply to the King’s speech which will give an opportunity to the Liberal spokesmen in the debate to urge the importance of the development of export trade.
The amendment will be taken next Wednesday.
