BAN BY BELGIUM

WOOL EXPORT LICENSES MISUSE ALLEGATIONS (Reed. Nov. 30, 9 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Nov. 29. The Belgian Ministry of Economics has forbidden the delivery of licenses for the export of wool owing to their misuse or transfer to other persons who would have benefited thereby. The stock in the country will be maintained. This, when the war began amounted to £07,500,000 worth, of which one-third would have been exported in order to maintain trade currents. An official inquiry has been ordered on recent speculations.
