RUMANIA’S STAND
WILL DEFEND BORDERS PREMIER’S DECLARATION (Reed. Nov. 30, 9 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Nov. 29. “There will be no revision of the Rumanian boundaries,” declared the new Prime Minister, M. Tatarescu, in a broadcast address. “We shall defend all we have inherited from our ancestors.” He also reaffirmed Rumania's intention to remain neutral in the present war.
