PREMIER INTERVIEWED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.rn. RUGBY, Nov. 27. In accordance with the custom on the opening of a new session -T Parliament, the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, this evening received junior Ministers, who were made acquainted with the contents of the King’s speech.
