RETAINING OFFICE ORDERS OF CHIANG (Reed. Nov. 29, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 28. The Chungking correspondent of the American United Press reports that Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek has ordered
all the Chinese Ministers to withdraw the resignations announced on Sunday. It is reliably learned that the new Foreign Trade Ministry is to be headed by Dr. T. V. Soong.
