FOUNDERED IN STORM TWO MEN MISSING (Reed. Nov. 28, 9 a.m.) BRUSSELS. Nov. 27. The Belgian steamer Quenast was sunk during a storm near the Noordhinder light buoy. A trawler saved five men. Two others are missing.
