SOLDIER PATIENTS FEWER IN HOSPITALS (Per Press Assecintion.) AUCKLAND, this day. The numbers of soldiers in camp and civilian hospiials in the Auckland district have decreased very substantially in the last week and are now stated to be no more than normal. It is felt that the influenza epidemic has been definitely mastered, while the warmer weather and improved conditions are expected to prevent any recurrence of general sickness. Only 41 soldiers from Papakura camp were in the Auckland Hospital yesterday. A week ago the total was 154. In addition there were no soldiers in tile camp hospital, whereas at the beginning of last week there were 35.
