EMPIRE AIR SCHEME

VITAL CHANGES PLANNED IMPROVED CO-OPERATION (Reed. Nov. 28, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 26. The British, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Governments have received copies of the draft of the Empire air training agreement, in which, it is believed, major changes are proposed, not affecting the numbers trained but improving cooperation and solving problems not attacked before the Australian and New Zealand missions arrived.

This and other important announcements are expected during the coming week.
