MAN HURT FATALLY (Per Press Association:) AUCKLAND, this day. When an iron door fell and pinned him against a brick wall while he was working on loading a truck at the works of the Challenge Phosphate Company, Limited, at Otahuhu yesterday afternoon, Henry Tahu, aged 30 years, a labourer, married, suffered severe lacerations, shock and injury to the pelvic bone. He died in the Auckland Hospital last night.
