BALLOONS ADRIFT

DEATH IN NORWAY DAMAGE TO WIRES (Reed. Nov. 27, 3 p.m.) OSLO, Nov. 26. One person was killed and two were injured when a spectator, striking a match, exploded a balloon which drifted over the south of Norway, where it was being secured after the cable had fouled and destroyed electric wires.

'A second balloon drifted over Jaeren, in the south-west of Norway, while a third balloon drifted over Arendal.
