NORTHERN FRANCE PARIS GETS BOOKLET INSTRUCTION TO AGENTS (Reed. NoV. 24, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 23. The Paris newspaper, Le Soir ha published what is claimed to be tli first official statement_ of Germany, war aims, which are contained in r booklet of instructions issued to pre Nazi orators and Black Guard instructors. The booklet is signed fc. Johannes Bering, of the Nazi Propaganda Department. The aims give . afe: —
(1) To secure all arable lan necessary to avoid a future permai. ent blockade.
(2) In the same way that Ger many seized the Polish coal, oil ar ore, Germany will be able to offe thanks to Herr Hitler’s genius, t acquire in the very near- future t! riches, of Belgium, Holland, and th North of France.
(3) Subject races must be treate without sentimental scruples. The! cultural autonomy must be destroyc to oust the idea of revenge.
The booklet adds: “Half a centus hence the pure German race wi number 100,000,000. Racial and lingui: tic frontiers must be re-establishe but not on those of 1914. German must hold the mouth of the Danub Mount Lovcen, old Serbia and th present Rumania.” ' '
It continues: “If we do not posse, the Flemish coast and hinterland, i is clear the British fleet will par:, lyse our navigation.”
