NEUTRAL COUNTRIES (British Oflicial Wiroluss.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Nov. 23. The Parliamentary Secretary for Overseas Trade, Mr. R. S. Hudson, said in the House of Commons that British trade representatives had been appointed to serve in neutral countries with a view to fostering trading relations.
