BRITAIN’S WAR FORCES CONFIDENCE IN VICTORY (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 24, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 23. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, speaking at a private dinner attended by his supporters, saicl the British fighting services in every theatre of the war were assuming enormous dimensions. Britain and the Allies were now in a position to meet any eventuality. Victory would reward this common unexampled effort.
