STOOD IN THE CORNER

LONDON, Oct. 10. A motorist summoned at Highgate (N.) Police Court for speeding was made to stand in a corner with his face to tiie wall. He denied that he was the man stopped, and was told to face the wall while police witnesses were called in and asked to describe him.. Three policemen gave conflicting descriptions, and the case was adjourned for further evidence or identification to be obtained.
