LONDON, Nov. 21. Tlie Amsterdam correspondent of tlie Exchange Telegraph Company states that the anti-Nazi campaign in the west of Germany is spreading. Under the cover of the black-out chalked inscriptions on tile walls proclaim: “There will be no Hitler in December,” while small leaflets placed in letter boxes say: “We want peace. We want freedom. We want no war. We want no Hitler.’’ There was serious rioting in Carinthia last week. German troops intervening to restore order. There were many civilian casualties.
