DISCLAIMERS ADDED SPEEDING SEA WAR (Reed Nov. 22, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. It is reported from Amsterdam that Herr Hitler consulted his advisers when he learnt of tho British plan tb retaliate against his minefield policy. The German oress boasts of the sinkings and disclaims responsibility. It asserts that Britain is no longer able to safeguard the sea routes and adds that the German sea warfare against Britain will be speeded up. The Dutch press expresses fear that the British retaliation will further damage the trade of neutrals.
