The Riga correspondent of T Times says that Herr Frank has i troduced a general male and feme compulsory labour service among t. Poles in the German-occupied ter lory in Poland. Refusal of service t. opposition will be penalised.
A Cracow message states that Hr Frank has issued a decree confisc:. ing all movable or immovable prr erty belonging to the Polish State.
