MINED SHIP’S VICTIMS
DUTCH QUEEN CONCERNED GRATITUDE TO BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 21. Queen Wilhelmina of Holland is expressing the greatest concern for (he injured passengers and crew of the Netherlands liner Simon Bolivar, which was sunk by German mines off the east coast of England. She has asked to be kept fully informed of their progress. The Royal Netherlands Steamship Company, which owns the vessel, has expressed the appreciation of the Dutch authorities for the widespread expression of sympathy in Britain in the loss of the liner and of the helpfulness of the representatives of the British press staff of the news division of the Press and Censorship Bureau, and hospital and hotel staffs. Offers of help are pouring in from all quarters in great numbers.
