TWO TRAWLERS LOST

RESCUE OF CREWS MINESWEEPER DOWN (Reed. Nov. 22, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. The trawler Thomas Hankins was sunk by a submarine. A companion trawler rescued the crew of 12 after they had been 12 hours in an open boat and landed them in Northern Ireland. The trawler Seasweeper was sunk by enemy action. A steamer picked up the crew. One member of the crew is dead and five are missing from the minesweeper Mastiff, which was sunk by a German mine off the east coast WASHED UP AT OSTEND j (Reed. Nov. 22, 10.30 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Nov. 21. A British mine was among a number washed up at Ostend.
