Within the past few days cyclists and. in a lesser degree, motorists using the Napier-Taradale highway have been plagued with the presence of. myriads of small Hies and flying ants. Such has been the density of the swarms at times that much discomfort has been caused those great majority of cycle riders who in line weather dispense with the wearing o£ hats. Eyes and hair seem to be the main oojects of attention.
