BLAZE IN BLACK-OUT
EDINBURGH FIRE (Reed. Nov. 20, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 19. A fierce fire in central Edinburgh in the midst of the black-out attracted thousands of people to watch the destruction of the premises of Cad-burys-Fry’ chocolate warehouse involving the loss of a large quantity of stock and all papers and books with Christmas orders.
Brigades subdued the outbreak at midnight.
