AMERICAN PLANES

DELIVERY STIPULATION CHECK TO GERMANY (Blue. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 20, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 18. Canadian officials are pleased with the decision of the United States concerning the delivery of aeroplanes, which prevents Germany flying United States-made bombers across the Atlantic.

Airmen draw .atteniion to the fact, that an aerodrome at the AmericanCanadian border belongs half to each, permitting the easiest legal delivery. It is added that the facilities were used fully immediately before the war and the week during which Canada was not a belligerent.

A message from Los Angeles states that Britain has ordered 400 North American aviation advanced trainers valued at £3,400,000, duplicating last year’s order, the last of which is being completed.
