ARCHBISHOP PANICO N.Z. CATHOLIC CONGRESS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Advice has been received that Archbishop J. Panico, apostolic delegate to Australia and New Zealand, has been appointed Papal Legale to the New Zealand national eucharistic congress at Wellington in February.
