CAPONE IN HOSPITAL
RELEASE FROM GAOL (Reed. Nov. 17, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 15, It is announced that the former gangster, Al Capone. has been released from prison. It is understood he is suffering from paresis. Capone was sent to a hospital at Baltimore for treatment of paresis. It is said that though technically free he is actually still under surveillance. Meanwhile the Chicago authorities declare that Capone gangsters are responsible for the murder last week of' Edward Ohare, a prominent horseracing figure, who was a former associate of Capone.
