PREMIUMS HALVED
WAR RISK INSURANCE BRITAIN'S IMMUNITY (Reed, Nov. 18, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 17. The Board of Trade has halved the insurance premiums under the commodity insurance scheme to 5s per cent a month from December 8 to February 8. The fund has a surplus owing to Britain's comparative immunity from ail- raids.
