Nov. 18, 9 a.m.) j LONDON, Nov. 17. j Reuter’s Bucharest correspondent j says that official German sources stale j that Herr Clodius, the head of the economic department of the German i Foreign Office, who, on his arrival at Bucharest on Thursday was reported to be pressing Rumania to Increase her exports to Germany, brought from Berlin an energetically-worded note declaring that "artificial difficulties” were holding up the Rumanian deliveries io Germany and that the removal of these difficulties was firmly j demanded.
