The following officers were elected: President, Mr. W. R. Fee; management committee, Messrs. D. E. Wanklyn, H. H. Taylor. J. L. Kerr. J. Ramsden, and S, G. Lester. ft was agreed that records of players taking 100 wickets or scoring 1000 runs in first-class cricket should be kept in the annual report with the best batting and bowling performances.
