The Attorney-General, Mr. Murphy yesterday revealed that the Federa Bureau of Investigation was guardin' the former gangster, A 1 Capone, wh' was reported yesterday to have bee; removed from prison and taken to ;■ Baltimore hospital for treatment oi paresis.
