The Exchange Telegraph Company's Stockholm correspondent says it is reported that the dispositions of Russian troops in Latvia far exceed those stipulated in the pact.
Soviet troops have advanced into rural areas around Liepaja (LibaiD. and Ventspils (Wind.au), and arc reported to have occupied five neighbouring towns not mentioned in the pact.
Foreigners have been ordered out of those towns.
