FINANCIAL—ECONOMIC ALLIED INTENTIONS (Reed. Nov. IG, 12 noon.) LONDON, Nov. 15. The French Minister of Finance, M. Reynaud, after discussing financial problems with British Ministers, left for Paris to-day. A Treasury communique says that M. Reynaud, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir John Simon, recognised the necessity for close and continuous financial and economic co-opera-tion. M. Reynaud proposed further meetings and Sir John Simon agreed.
