U.S. MAY PAY PREMIUM

FINANCING FACTORIES (Reed. Nov. 16, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 14. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times says that the United States Government may pay a premium on aeroplane motors and possibly planes and also order and finance the construction of additional faciories.

This action is contemplated partly because of the reports that the German production of 2500 planes monthly is far outstripping the training of pilots.

The production Of aircraft in the United States is reported to be 1700 a month. The motor production is 40 per cent behind the plane output. The French are financing at least two additional American motor factories which are expected to increase production .sharply.
