OPPOSED TO NAZIS
FACTIONS IN GERMANY INCREASING ACTIVITY (Reed. Nov. 16, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 15. The Rotterdam correspondent of The Times says that arrivals from Germany report that anti-Nazi organisations are more active. Under cover of the black-outs they are pasting up anti-Nazi slogans, distributing revolutionary propaganda, and committing sabotage.
