NAZI FLIGHTS CEASE
PLANES OVER BELGIUM (Reed. Nov. 15. 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 14. A Foreign Office statement says that it is learned in well-informed Belgian circles that no German planes have flown over Belgium or otherwise infringed Belgian neutrality since November 3.
