DEBENTURE ISSUE SUM OVER-SUBSCRIBED (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The Auckland Gas Company’s issue of £120,000 worth of debentures, applications for which were to close on November 30, has been oversubscribed. The issue will bear interest at 5 per cent, with a currency of 10 years. Preference in the application was given to present shareholders.
