EXECUTION OF GIRL

NAZI WAY IN POLAND DEFACING OF POSTER (Reed. Nov. 15, 9 a.m.) BUDAPEST, Nov. 14. The Germans have executed in Warsaw a girl student who was accused of defacing anti-British posters on which the British Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, was depicted with war ruins.

The word “England” had been defaced from the caption: “England. You have done this,” on practically all the posters.

The execution is described as an “example to others.”
