| VALUATION OBJECTIONS i COOK COUNTY RATES As a result of adjustments in valuI ations, following objections made by ! certain ratepayers, the available rate i in the Cook County, compared with j the estimated rate, has been reduced I by £1043, according to a report subI mitted by the finance committee of | the council to-day. The council agreed, on the suggesi tion of tlie committee to take £3(>o j from the reserve and that the balance ! be cleared by economical working.
