MOTIONS FOR PROBATE
DECISIONS BY COURT EIGHT APPLICATIONS Four motions for probate and four 'etters of administration were granted ccently by Mr. Justice Blair in the mpreme Court in Gisborne. On the motion of Mr. R. B. Pearson, Mbert Strong and Ernest Charles King Vigis were granted probate in ‘.he estate of Ivy Annie Marshall, spinster. Probate was granted to Robert Black Alexander and William Harold Stevenson in the estate of Charles Edwin Johnson, clerk, on the motion of Mr. Harold Bright. In the estate of Mary Ann Gregg probate was granted to Jean Bardwell, on the motion of Mr. Harold Bright. On the motion of Mr. N. H. Bull, oroba'e was granted to Herman Bulst and Albert Bulst in the estate of Augusta Bulst, widow. Letters of administration were granted to Josephine Oates, on the motion of Mr. James Todd, Tokomaru Bay, in the estate of Norman Bamlct Oates, store manager, Tokomaru Bay. In the estate of John Francis Edward Nelson, letters of administration were granted to John Nelson, sen., on the motion of Mr. J. S. Wauchop. On the motion, of Mr. M. R. Maude, letters of administration were granted to Florence Anderson in the estate of Arthur Anderson, farmer Kanakanaia. Letters of administration were .granted to David Miller, Isabella Dalgleish Lamont, Mary Harvey Brown, and James Dalgleish Miller, jun.. in che estate of James Dalgleish Miller, gardener, on the motion of Mr. J. de V. W. Blathwayt.
