HOME STOCK MARKET MORE WOOL AVAILABLE (Reed. Nov. 14, Noon.) LONDON, Nov. 13.
The speech of the First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. Winston Churchill, heartened the Stock Exchange. Gilt edged securities were firmer all round, though business was small.
It is announced that an increase allocation of wool for civilian consumption is probable. Bradford welcomes this as, owing to numerous civilian orders, it is at present difficult to fulfill the demand for yarns, which are steady at fully late rates.
