EMPIRE MINISTERS ARMY IN FRANCE VISIT BY MR. FRASER CONCRETE PILLBOX (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov 13, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 12. The New Zealand Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, with others of the Empire delegates to the London discussion, spent a long, hard day tramping through the mud of the British front line and reserve positions in France, filling in the picture which th : com-mander-in-chief, Viscount Gert. gave them yesterday enabling a clear conception of the difficulties on the British front and the tactics which will be employed under various circumstances.
The Ministers clambered up the wet turf covering a concrete pillbox and surveyed a wide area of a typical sc-ctor of the front.
