DUTCHMEN ACCUSED ARRESTS ON BORDER (Reed. Nov. 14, 1 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Nov. 13. The Dutch police have arrested two Dutchmen employed in the German border town of Nordhorn, They are charged with insulting Herr Hitler in remarks about him after the Munich explosion.
