Heed. 3 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 8. Following the announcement b.v the First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. Winstan Churchill, of the loss of the submarine 11.M.5. Oxley a few weeks ago by an explosion, the Admiralty has published a casualty list containing tlic names of four officers and -19 ratings.
